General terms and conditions


The legal and safety regulations and requirements are very strict due to the risks involved in air traffic. It is therefore pointed out that for your and our safety, the instructions of our pilots and employees must be always followed and without resistance! Provided:

1. The following general terms and conditions apply to business relations of any kind between Energieunion srl (Heliunion = marketing name) and you as a customer. Deviating conditions or general terms and conditions of the customer are not valid unless this has been agreed in writing.

2. All offers, regardless of whether they are made by telephone, fax, internet, e-mail or in any other way, are only binding for Energieunion srl (Heliunion) once they have been confirmed in writing.

3. Energieunion srl (Heliunion) reserves the right not to provide the promised service if it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that the services offered cannot be provided. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately.



1. The services offered shall be performed after technical inspection and risk assessment. If this assessment reveals that the order cannot be fulfilled, the agreement on the provision of services, however formulated, shall be deemed cancelled. In special cases, Energieunion srl nevertheless reserves the right to claim the costs incurred.

2. All prices are net prices to which the statutory VAT and any travelling and transport costs are added.

3. Information on execution deadlines is generally non-binding, unless an execution date has been agreed in writing.

4. Claims for damages against Energieunion srl (Heliunion) due to non-fulfilment or delay are excluded, insofar as neither intent nor gross negligence is involved.

5. For technical or meteorological reasons, Energieunion srl (Heliunion) may cancel the flight at short notice without any claim for compensation or cancellation fees. A maximum of 100% of the amount paid before the service was provided will be refunded.

6. As all services are carried out individually for you, no right of return of any kind can be granted.



1. Damages caused to you as a customer of Energieunion srl (Heliunion) because of the services are covered by the AOC Holder's insurance. However, a maximum sum applies here, as well as the requirement that the damage is clearly attributable to the behaviour of Energieunion srl (Heliunion). By placing the order, you recognise Energieunion srl as a suitable service provider for the order described.

2. For extraordinary and grossly negligent errors by Energieunion srl (Heliunion), there is a complaint period of 5 days from the end of the order. Otherwise, the warranty shall be governed by the statutory provisions.



1. Until full payment of all claims against you as a customer, including all ancillary claims, the delivered services and corresponding confirmations remain the property of Energieunion srl.

2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is that of Bolzano

3. ALL FLIGHTS EXECUTED OR ORGANISED BY ENERGIEUNION SRL SRL (Heliunion) SHALL TAKE PLACE UNDER A VALID AOC HOLDER. This will be communicated to the customer before departure and on the invoice. If the AOC holder is changed, the customer will be informed of this on the invoice.

4. Heli-skiing: The offers are not heli-skiing! All flights are carried out in compliance with the Provincial Law of 27 October 1997, No. 15 and Decree of the Provincial Governor of 10 April 2015, No. 7 - "Regulation on the movement of aircraft in protected areas".



Your data will be processed in accordance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196 (Privacy Code). We inform you that the data collected by electronic means will be used exclusively for the processing of customer requests and the provision of an information service containing commercial offers, general information, and news. In accordance with Article 7 of the above-mentioned decree, you can obtain information about the personal data stored about you at any time free of charge and, if necessary, request that it be corrected, supplemented, or deleted. To do so, please contact the data controller, who can be reached at the email address or at the postal address given above.



Should any of these provisions - for whatever reason - not apply, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Expenses not included for the client: all services beyond the above description.
