Is the flight private or shared?
With Heliunion, you always fly privately.
You choose the departure, destination, time, and route—we take care of the rest.
Whether it’s a business trip, ski holiday, or weekend getaway, flights are fully customized.
For larger groups, we arrange multiple helicopters in parallel so you can travel together.
Which helicopters do we use?
Our fleet consists exclusively of modern Airbus helicopters, renowned for safety, comfort, and performance:
-
Airbus H125 (B3/B3e) – ideal for mountain flying and Alpine transfers, up to 5 passengers.
-
Airbus H130 – spacious VIP helicopter, up to 7 passengers with outstanding panoramic visibility.
For special requirements, twin-engine options are available—perfect for longer routes, night flights, or challenging weather:
-
Airbus H135
-
Airbus H145
-
Airbus H160
These models deliver top-tier safety, speed, and comfort—ideal for business transfers, international connections, or exclusive private flights.
How many people can fly?
Depending on the model, our helicopters seat 5 to 7 passengers.
For bigger parties, we coordinate multiple aircraft simultaneously, so you arrive together—fast, safe, and in style.
Baggage: what’s allowed?
Helicopters have limited luggage capacity. Small trolleys, duffel bags, and cabin baggage are no problem.
If you have more luggage—no worries:
items that don’t fit on board travel separately with our Heliunion shuttle service. In many cases, your bags reach the hotel before you do.
When booking, please provide bag dimensions or, even better, a photo of your luggage. Our team arranges everything behind the scenes for a seamless transfer.
Flight delays or bad weather: what happens?
We monitor weather and arrival times in real time.
If conditions are not suitable for flying or your inbound flight is delayed, we set up the perfect alternative:
A VIP taxi, limousine service, or private jet will be arranged automatically to ensure you arrive on time and safely.
If any changes are expected, you’ll be notified at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Sit back and relax—Heliunion takes care of everything.
